People say it takes 21 days to form a habit. With the ongoing MCO, we got ourselves way more than 21 days to build new habits and try new things. It is getting much more bearable as we learn to work around the limitations. We practice working from home, video conferencing, learning new skills, and practically turn everything that was once outdoor.. indoor.

At Snooze, we noticed a significant surge of requests for in-home massage during this period. There’s no doubt that there are plenty of massage enthusiasts exploring the possibilities of getting a massage at home. This means:

  1. Growth in sales revenue despite crisis.
  2. Higher salary for massage therapist instead of pay cut.

It is definitely a tough call to make from the standpoint of a boutique company like us,  given such direct opportunity. Whether should we find a workaround to fulfill the requests or to struggle the financial hit.

It is a tough decision to be made yet easy to be decided. Afterall, we are all in this together.
